Fever cycle comes every day
This has been happening for about 5 days may be 6. Every day at about 5 pm i used to get fever then after having paracetamol tablet it goes away. So local doctor adviced me to get my urine and and blood tested. Report was all negative he said ur cells are down from which i interpreted the platelets . He gave me the following medication but dolo 650 i have been taking from sunday and fever in evening has not stoped.
In report platlets were 1.64 lac. So now what should i do

Needs to rule it possibility of dengue and typhoid. Sometime initial tests may remain negative so retest it
