Fever,cough with throat soring

Asked for Male, 33 Years

My daughter aged 3y10m is suffering from fever since yesterday night.i provided Pacimol MF 250 mg morning and afternoon after temperature checking which was 101-102 degree.Having cough on throat and sound coming at chest. Kindly suggest suitable medicines.
