As above history you given ,in my opinion this child needs to be examined physically with out delay go and consult doctor. As child is not taking properly .

hello, feel .his weight is fine. Relax. I feel review the condition. Everything is already prescribed. I am sure the temperature must be down. About stomach pain ,any history of worms? Give albendazole syrup 200 mg at night before going to bed. one dose only. can be repeated after a few days.
