Tab pantop D 1 twice a day before meal, tab acemol plus 1 twice a day after meal, for 1day, if further problem persist consult with specialist nearby you.avoid spicy food and junk food.

Since how long is she having all these symptoms?..did she at least had any passage of flatus ( gas), if not motion?.. If she didn't it's better that u need to consult a surgeon immediately
