Fever between 99-100 in evening

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Since the past one week, body temperature is 98.6 or 98.8 that is normal in morning and afternoon but have temperature between 99-100 degrees after 6 or 7pm. I also have frequent headaches. I am assuming the headache is because of high screen time but not sure what is happening.

Temperature above 99 degree is considered as fever.. drink plenty fluids, avoid stress and tensions, reduce screen time.. get your vision check up with an ophthalmologist.. if fever persist consult for further investigation and treatment
