My family experienced covid symptoms almost 25 days back. While we all have recovered with some after effects, I have noticed that my son of 7 years age develops mild fever (99-99.2 F) in evening. In morning, the fever is normal, generally 98 which gradually increases. Rest he is normal and active. This has been the scene for almost last 15 days. CBC, ESR is normal. Widal test is also negative.
During our covid period, he only experienced weakness and fatique which seems to have improved over time.
What could be the possible reason please. Kindly advise.

Very milk fever towards the end of the day is probably just physiological for him. Is he otherwise active when he has the temp. If he is, I wouldn’t bother much.
