Fever and weekness since 1 week
Previously 8months back covid positive asymptomatic symptoms,now reinfection of covid, only he had 101 to 103 temperature some investigations done-D dimer-398.2ngms/ml,CRP-24.8,ferririne-264.3,LDH-501.8 iu/l ,now temperature is normal,and spo2 maintain 96 to 98.any further treatment and investigations need?he used Azithromycin,doxicycline,medrol 8mg, ecospirine 150.please suggest further required any investigations and treatment?
