Hi, Daughter vomited in the afternoon and got fever from afternoon Temperature 100F in the afternoon when she woke up from sleep Gave calpol at 5. Now temperature 102F. Age - 3 years and 7 months Please help.

Fever might be because of vomiting induced ..give vomikind syrup and paracetamol make sure she has good amount liquids if fever doesn’t subside by 48hrs u can go ahead with testing
