  4. Fever and vomiting. She start vomiting.

Hi doc my daughter is 18 months old baby girl. She has high fever and vomiting since from morning.i have given calpol for fever and domestol for vomiting. High fever is still there. She is not eating anything.if I am trying with little force she start vomiting. Please let me know what to do now.
