Fever and tiredness.

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I had temperature 4 days ago when I took a paracetamol and it subsided. However, after two days I again developed a high temperature, body pain and tiredness. Again I took paracetamol because of which it subsided. However, the tiredness continued for two more days. Now, no hunger, digestion difficult, strong yellow colour for urine.
