Fever and sore Thorat

Asked for Female, 7 Years

My daughter is suffering with fever and Thorat pain. Gave her Dolo 650 half tablets 4 times in a day from 2 days. And started with Azithromycin 250 one tablet one day. Kindly advice.

You are taking the correct medicines. Follow the treatment as advised by the doctor. It will resolve soon. Also check for covid-19 by pcr test, due to on-going pandemic. Salt water gargles can also be done 3 times a day till throat pain improves.

Looks like viral pharyngitis, you can ask her to do Luke warm water gargling three times a day, continue Dolo, she should be better in a day or two
