Hello there.
I can understand your concern. Only temperature recordings are not enough to tell what kind of fever this is.
A clinical examination gives more clue as to what it can be abd then it has to be confirmed based on certain tests.
At your level, as of now you can give her a tab. Paracetamol 500mg thrice a day after food.
If it subsides, then good. If not, kindly take her to a pediatrician or a general physician for further evaluation and management.
