Hello...... Fever has many reasons like infection (viral or bacterial), inflammation, autoimmune condition.. Viral infection is self limiting and present with malaise, fever... If it's bacterial infection you should take antibiotics... Complete examination and investigation is required ,consult doctor in nearest hospital.
