Fever and pain in stomach
Hello dr,my kid is healthy kid but 2 days before he had 1 vomiting and then fever we hv given him ibugesic plus suspension as fever was high then after fever comes and goes ....
Today had 2 loose motions and complaining abdominal pain And seems little uncomfortable
Kindly help me out for this thank u ...

What is the age of the child?
Any history of outside food intake?
It could be viral gastroenteritis.
Can give him probiotics like enterogermina and paracetamol for fever.
Also deworming every 6 monthly

That means slowly it has started initially with vomiting then loose motions then stomach pain.
Concluding there is food poisoning happend
Give Syrup Ondem for Vomitings
Give Enterogermina tubes for loose stools and ORS SACHET also
