Fever and omthing sensation

Asked for Male, 1 Years

My baby has 8th month now.he was suffering with fever and vomthing sensation. we are taking medication for that p-120 syrup and monocef-50mg tab. His head looks so hot and remains body feels like cool. Baby also not active.plz suggest me is there any problem.when I check his temp shows 100.4.

Don't worry....just an viral illness only...it ll take 3-5 days to settle down... during fever, baby's appetite ll be poor....give more liquid diet every 2 hrs once apart from mother's milk...
