Fever and loose motions for 26 months ki

Asked for Female, 2 Years

Since last 16-18 hours my kid is suffering from fever and loose motions (green potty). We have given 3 doses of Meftol P (3 ml) but fever comes once the effect of medicine is over

What is ur childs age... Plz give proper dose of syp. Meftal p.....keep ur babies hydration well..as most infections in paediatric age group r due to viral aetiology.... will be cured in 3-4days....
