Summer diarrhoea is very common and not eating is very common. Keep well hydrated by frequent small amount of liquids like water, ors, coconut water, buttermilk, curd

Hi, We need to make sure if she is well hydrated ( passing urine every 4 hrs, active) : if yes then start on probiotic ( enterogermina liquid 5 ml daily x 4 days) stop milk and give ORS L ( 50-100 ml after each loose stool) along with coconut water, khichri porridge , banana . If she is lethargic , passing less urine and not accepting liquids she needs to be assessed physically by a nearby Pediatrician
