Fever and headache coming n going

Hi,m 37 old suffering with feverish feeling since 3 days am taking dolo tablet everytime but it's under control for some time period and again feel like fever,am getting headache also sometimes. Recently checked n found high BP.Am suffering with knee pain also. PS: I have my spectacles changed recently and my profession requires me travelling a lot
