Asked for Male, 21 Years

I started taking panadol extra for three days.i took medicine after an hour i am quiet fine and again after sometime fever starts to increase..hot air coming out of mouth, hot ears, my head starts exploding..about my diarreah ita watery and some times blood drops came.but maybe its a side effect of flagyl which i took..Now its 5 days and no progres
