Hi,my niece of 3 year old has got 102° fever and cough.We had put Ibugesic Plus syrup(precribed by pediatrician) at 1.40 AM ,but temparature is not going down.please suggest us

Most common cause of non response is underdosing.
Give 5 ml,repeat every 4 hours if required,sponge her if fever is high.
If not improving OR accompanied by other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness and refusal to feed,consult your paediatrician again.
