Taking paracetamol from last night. Get relief for some time after taking tablet but the fever comes back after couple of hours.

Hi, There have been lots of cases of viral fever/flu. You may have fever for 3-4 days. If you can give a detailed Medical history, may advice you regarding it better. General advice would be to take plenty of oral fluids ORS and Tab paracetamol 500mg thrice daily. If fever persists..you should get investigations done.
