Fever and cold since yesterday
Hello doctor, I started getting throat irritation followed by cold, cough, body pain and fever since yesterday morning. Temperature between 101 to 102. Fever reduces after taking paracetamol but again gets back. Having nausea too. Should I go for any blood tests? Many people in our locality have these symptoms commonly

Might be viral..do betadine gargle morning and evening
Paracetamol 650mg thrice a day with tepid sponging whenever temp rises
Cetrizine 4mg at night time
Syrup ambroxyk 5ml thrice a day if it's productive cough. If it doesn't subside in 3 days do CBP and consult for further evaluation and treatment
