My daughter age of 3.5 year facing fever and cold so please suggest medicine also facing problems of excess urination

Hello there.  I can understand your concern.  As of now you can give her syrup paracetamol  250mg 5ml thrice a day . Kindly consult a pediatrician in person for further evaluation and management.  You can also give her syrup. Allercet 5ml for cold.
