Fever and cold during pregnancy

Asked for Female, 27 Years

I am currently in 28 weeks of pregnancy. Saturday i had severe throat pain and from yesterday i am have severe cold and stuffy nose. Also got fever in the midnight. Can i have dolo 650 tablet or should i meet my doctor now?? Cos now the temperature is reduced.
