Fever and chest congestion

Asked for Female, 27 Years

My child 5 mths one week old is suffering from fever since two three days.. I am giving him monocef, t minic and babygesic medicine.. But I hv seen no improvement and today he is sleeping Excessively and not playing at all. He is also having severe chest congestion. Please help.

Stop monocef. Start with Azithral 100mg 5ml once daily for 3 days. Continues Tminic syp and babygesic. Get a pediatric consultation.

Next Steps

change from monocef to azithral and of problems continues then get a blood test done for CBC and consult a pediatric.
