When I give PCM , the fever goes down, but it comes back again...Please can you tell me which blood tests should get done?

Before going for test tell me what association she having with fever
1. Chills and rigor
2. Burning micturition
3. Joint pain
4. Yellowish discolouration of eyes or skin
And any other symptoms with fever she is having
