Fever and Bodyache, Weakness

Asked for Male, 36 Years

I am going through the above medication (DoxT, Montair LC, Zincovit, Limcee, Dolo650, Medrol 16 Mg). Today it's 7 days now, I am having lot of weakness and sore throat. Do I need to go for any test now or any further medicine is required?

Take frequent steam inhalation, warm salt water gargle ,proper hydration. If fever and symptoms persist for more than 7 days kindly do Rtpcr test crp cbc .if symptoms are not subsiding if possible do monitor sp02 levels and if it's falling below 93% have to get admitted
