Fever and body Ache. The way forward.

Hi I am  COVID-19 postive and i am home qurotine. Have some mild symptoms like body ache and tiredness. My wife also have some symptoms of covid-19 and she is suffering inside fever, body ache, tiredness and soar throat.. Kindly suggest a medicine as we can't go outside. I was having below medicine from Saturday for three days. 1. NIMULID HF ( 2 TIMES) 2. MOX CLAV 375( 2 TIMES) 3. FLUCOVER (2 TIMES) for 5 days 4. CABADEX 25 ( 2 TIMES) 5. PANTOP DSR ( 1 TIME) Should i continue this as still i am having body ache and cold. My wife (age 32) is having below medicine for twice a day from 27th Sep evening 1. Agumentin 625 2. Calpol 650 3. Cabadex 25 She is not having relief in body ache, tiredness and inside fever. Suggest the way forward.... Thanks
