Please get your CBC, Blood test for Dengue antigen, Malaria antigen and Widal test. Consult a General Physician with the report. If you can't sit properly you should consult a Gynaecologist or a General Surgeon in your area for a physical examination. You could have an abscess or infected piles.

Hi dear Because it's been few days and still the fever is persistent u will have to do additional investigation to find out the cause of fever . Please consult so that we can discuss all ur complaints in detail and I can guide u with the required investigations to be done Till the you should keep a track of u temperature and take tab dolo 650 if fever is there you can take it upto three times in 24 hrs Take care

Hey there. You're having fever since 3 days. Are there any other symptoms? Record the temperature if you have not. It might be a simple viral with will last a week but a detailed history and examination is a must to rule out other causes

Usually fever is accompanied with headache, if it’s continuous and high grade than you must definitely take tab meftal forte it will get subsided and for body ache Combiflam works well,
