Good morning sir.. Last 20 days onwards am sufferring with severe fever and chills..and cough also please suggest me best medicine

I would advise you to visit the ER and get evaluated and undergo investigations such as CBC, WIDAL, peripheral smear, Dengue Igm, Lepto IgM, etc to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly. You may require antibiotics, antihistamines, antacids and cough syrup.
