When did she get vaccinated??
If is fever is occurring within 48hrs post vaccination nothing to worry...give Crocin when temp crosses 99°F

Only paracetamol should be given after Covid vaccination since fever is quite common after vaccination but keep an eye on his SP O2 level and temperature it might be a previous Covid infection which has manifested now
