She has fever which is "not coming in the thermometer".
All her investigations like CBC , Malaria and Typhoid are normal.
She has been advised Azilide 500 which she is not willing to take.
She is not willing to take her food.
So, You have changed her Doctor.
So far you are behaving like an IAS Officer.
Now please behave like a patient.
Get her admitted to a hospital. Let someone record her vital parameters every 6 hours.
Let them do her investigations for fever. If she doesn't like to eat, let her be on Intravenous fluids.
As time passes some investigations will start showing positive results and then her treatment will be streamlined.
