  4. Fever 102 f. Sore throat. please advise!

I m having fever from last two days . Taking calpol 650 and Zifi 250 .. after taking medicine fever is coming till 100 ..it's not coming back to normal. Rest no other symptoms .no chills , no sore throat .. please advise thanks
