After taking paracetamol temperature coming to 100.1 and then again after 6 hours going back to around 102f. Should I take any antibiotics?

If you get cold, there is no need to take antibiotics for that. It will resolve it’s own. For fever u can take DOLO 650 2 times a days.

Yes should consider taking antibiotics. Any history of throat pain/irritation/running nose/headache/lethargy/weakness?? Need more detail history for proper evaluation and medication. If fever persist even after 3 days of taking medication, consider getting RTPCR done
