Fever 102 and high sugar
My mother is having fever >100.5 for last 1 day , also it is not getting down after taking dolo650. She has no other symptoms like cough, cold etc. However her sugar levels are high after fasting 300. Could it be covid ?, Or something else

You can change anticold tablet and also add tab azithromycine

if there is high sugas then also do a cbc like investigation because high amount of sugar can cause serveral infections that can cause fever so do a proper investigation

Your mother seems to be having a viral infection.it could be covid but it can also be a flu.But the high blood sugar levels is a more pressing problem. it is better to consult a physician right away
