My daughter 5years old.. she had fever from last two days. We got her tested for dengue.. the report is negative but she is complaining of leg pains and stomach pain..

Most probably a viral fever. Encourage more liquids. If the child will be hydrated, then headache, bodyache and weakness will be less. Ors, lemon water, coconut water or even simple water. This will keep the fever in control and also increase the interval between 2 fever spikes. If fever continues on 3rd day, then may require blood reports again.
