Well please give him tepid sponging frequently... Try to rub his back,forehead, hand and leg....if symptoms still persists consult a paediatrician...
Try to give him fluids as you need to hydrate him well so that he won't be dehydrated....you need not worry as long as the kid is playful and feeding....thank you
