Dear Dr. My father is 56 year old . His is suffering from evening time fever 100.5 from last 3 days. His blood platelets is 1.12 lakh and wbc 10,000. Typhoid and maleria are negative. Dr is given taxio o tablet and paracetamol . I need ur suggestions. After paracetamol medicine his fever drop at 92.F for 18 Hours. Please suggest.
