I got pregnant after 6 years of marriage at 9 weeks ultrasound my baby was good with heart beat at 10 week 5 days scan it has no heart beat and irregular gestational sac so I undergo d and c what should be the reason for my baby’s heart beat stop I had cold at the time around 10 week and I have hypothyroid I used 150 mg thyroid medication which doctor prescribed why this happened to me why my baby has no heart beat pls help what’s the reason
