I m 6 weeks pregnant

I m 6 weeks pregnant, don't have any pregnancy symptoms yet, and in early scan there was no fetal pole seen yet... I m on susten, cheerfol, and dydrogestron er 20... but when I have medicines I feel dizziness... my head spins everyday... it gets settled but then after taking medicines in the night, same thing repeats... this didn't happen in first pregnancy
