Fertility Report and Guidance Request
Dear Doctor,
I am writing to seek your guidance regarding my friend's fertility reports.
Details are as follows:
• Age: 36 years
• Weight: 62 kg
• Height: 157 cm
• AMH: 0.15 ng/mL (6 months earlier report shows 0.06 ng/mL)
• Prolactin: 24.3 ng/mL
• Trying to conceive for the past 5 years
• Husband’s problem is only early ejaculation
All other reports are normal like thyroid, sugar,uterus report,fallopian tubes reports are normal.
Currently trying acupressure treatment.
Kindly advise us on the following:
What are the chances of natural conception with this AMH level?
How significantly can elevated prolactin affect ovulation and fertility?
Are there any additional important tests we should complete?
What would be the most appropriate next step — natural attempts, IUI, or IVF?
We would greatly appreciate your guidance on the best course of action.
