Felling stressed
Hello doctor I check so many times whether i have switched off the gas, geyser and light and at night i always get so frustrated with my this habbit. On some days when I feel I am disturbed or stressed about something then I check the said things more often and go to washroom in 5 minutes gap that too  2to 3 time. What should I do. Kindly suggest.

It is absolutely very good habit to check all the necessary things to avoid many unprecedented situations. Many people fall into difficult things because of not having this kind of habit. I can say that you are good responsible woman. Having said that, doing this frequently should be avoided and can be avoided very easily, provided you follow certain habits and activities on daily basis. Be aware of your thoughts and actions. Slowly gradually your hands and legs come into your control, when you become more and more aware. Do warm up, regular exercise, some kind of postures, proper deit with keen passive observation on each activity would help to alleviate your situation and make your day more happy and peaceful.
