Hi, I am sorry you are feeling this way. I am sure it is tough for you to be grieving the loss of the father. It looks like the emotions of loss and grief are demanding a release and the sub conscious mind is holding on to a lot of emotions there. The anxiety attacks are coming from the sudden realisation that might happen and the feeling of emptiness you might be feeling that you will never be able to see him. The depression is a result of the feeling of loss. We have to create a safe space for you to feel these emotions so you are able to process this loss and be able to move into a state of rest and calm. It’s impossible to go back to who you were before but you will grow into a newer person who will be much more appreciative and grateful for the life you have. You will also have a lot more self awareness. You’re beautiful even when you are a mess! Stay
Next Steps
I can help you work on grieving the loss of the father and alleviate the anxiety attacks which are troubling you. Love and healing ❤️‍

Hi... You seriously need Grief Counselling. The loss of your father has impacted you deeply and now it is coming out in the form of such conditions - depression, anxiety, panic, tiredness, nausea, etc. This has been a traumatic event in your life and you will require professional help to overcome this loss in your life. Please do not try to cure on your own as these things have a tendency to spiral on and become more complex and severe over time.
Next Steps
Consult a Psychologist first and a Psychiatrist later. CBT along with Lifestyle Changes and Interpersonal Guidance & Counselling is required.
