My grandmother who is 67years and 50kgs of weight, complaint of breathlessness in the morning last week but resolved on its own. She has been allergy patient in past and now recently recovered from viral fever but still having cough. On asking she says its a dry cough.
Yesterday she complaint of very severe breathlessness and not been able to walk or sleep we got her to the hospital.
CBC was done that was normal, Xray was normal,
I am attaching the ECG report and the treatment given by the doctor Yesterday.
After the immediate treatment she felt instant relief and was doing very well. This morning she again woke up to the complaint of breathlessness, not as severe as yesterday but still very much. It increases on walking.
No history of any heart disease
No edema in the body till now.

It looks like your grandmother is suffering with tachycardia and possible pulmonary congestion. It may be related to the heart. There is a possibility that she may be in diastolic heart failure.
Next Steps
She will need detailed cardiac evaluation and investigations as soon as possible
