Fell no strength in  body after thyriod
After i was dedicated with hypothyroidism i left working out Its some what been n year now i quit gym After sometimes i started to feel like i completely lost my endurance and walking also started to become a very difficult task to do so my heart rates are high usually 150 when i walk a little fast I have joined the gym again n im not able to to 10 push ups now I use to lift alot of weights before like 200kg deadlifts n so on Im not able to run for more than 2 mins My height is 5.10 Weight is 85 Plz help me what to do why is this happening to me

Weakness can be occur in hypothyroidism and reason can be due to uncontrolled TSH and decrease in metabolism due to Increase TSH and can be due to deficiency of Vitamin D and Calcium and Vitamin B12. You should check these like B vitamin D and Vitamin B12 and Calcium and Thyroid profile and CBC ESR etc.
