I had a ACL surgery last year april and i have a sitting job for 9 hrs but nowadays i am feeling my ankle area of both feets is getting swelled up, why is that so? How can i reduce this problem?? Is this some big severe diagnosis symptoms?

First of all the swelling that you have described is not related to your surgery. I hope your knee is doing well post surgery.
Now why the swelling?
It's a dependent swelling that is most probably due to weakness of veins at your age.
Just a quick answer could be suggestive of the same: Do you see dilated blue veins over your leg and is there any black pigmentation around your ankle or foot?
Other causes could be a liver, kidney or heart issue which at your age are unlikely given your clear medical history.

There are various reasons for feet swelling/edema.
Are you having any other issues or any known illness..
Sometimes it may be postural due to continuous sitting posture with feet down.
But still need to rule out any other pathology

You should get your BP and sugar levels checked. Also get some blood investigations like S. creatinine, Urine routine microscopy, SGPT, FBS.
You can keep the limb elevated over pillow while taking rest. Also start with hot fomentation in salt water, Ankle movement exercises.
