Asked for Male, 21 Years

2 years ago,when I was doing bsc degree that time there are many blackish spot are arrise on my feet ( no itching).I took a treatment based on blood circulation problem dou to continuneously standing in lab by nearest skin specialist.that was really effective and spots was reduces. But in now days I having that same problem also itching is there. Now days I used 2 creams I.e. Dermoline and witch Hazel but they are ineffective. Can you suggest me any proscription????
