Hey there. 4 days ago i started to get a tingling sensation at the tip of my penis. It feels like i have a few drops still left but i dont. Now its happening all day long. i feel like im leaking out but im not. I can even hold it for as long as i want. If feels like its leaking and i have to go but its not and i dont. what do i do?
