Feeling weekNess in the legs due diabeti

Asked for Male, 70 Years

My father is suger patient and using pills of medicine of suger .but these days he feeling very weekness in the right leg and unable to stand even suger is controlled.only sodium was less in the test.we have slined ND as the doctor has adviced. But there is no improvement to day he is unable to stand .due to suger he has also loss his eye vision kindly advice me the right way.
