Hi, i have been working in night shifts from last 3 years . But now these days I am getting weak . I there is somthing wrong with my meal or somthink else..i dont know. Can some one suggest me the good diet plan. ??

get a hemogram done first to knw hemodynamics..usually anaemia is cause of weakness meanwhile apart frm taking heathy three time meal please take
cap autrin once aday fr 15 days (it causes black stools dont get scared its due to iron content)
syp dexorange 2tbs thrice a day fr 15 days
tab limcee once a day fr 15 days
